Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 You are expected to own the business use cases with respect to payouts data of partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 As a data resource you are expected to understand the business nuances find the opportunities where data solutions can bring significant impact on process optimization or usability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Data visualization for Business Intelligence is a key responsibility. This includes setting dashboards as required for Users and Process waterfall. \xe2\x80\xa2 We deal with variety of data sets \xe2\x80\x93 clickstream data loan portfolio collections receipting loan booking payments data CIBIL/Bureau data geospatial etc. As a solution owner a data manager is expected to know the nuances of each data set and application of these pieces. \xe2\x80\xa2 Data manager will own the problem statement end to end from identifying the data pieces designing the data architecture data cleanups and ensuring quality data flows. \xe2\x80\xa2 Once the product has been delivered in Phase I the person will also be responsible for funnel management reporting & root cause analysis for timely & correct payments flow. Stakeholder Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with business product IT COE IT Data Marketing and support teams to ensure quality project delivery within timelines




Required Qualifications and Experience
* Required Qualifications and Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 2-4 years of experience of working in data, BI and data science \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, statistics or mathematics is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Required experience in performance & process dashboards in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working with multi-dimension data extraction, data cleaning and analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge and hands on experience of SQL with query optimization and handling big data on cloud environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong hands on experience of R, Python, datalake and big data platforms
