ABOUT THE POSITIONOur company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an enthusiastic Cluster Manager with management and operation knowledge for existing and upcoming restaurantsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATECluster Manager is responsible for the overall Business operations of the allocated restaurants according to The Betel Leaf Co operational standards and run profitable business. A majority of time is spent leading/Guiding and coaching the team to meet Guest expectations, achieving both bottom and topline objectives by the guiding ambition of our organization.ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - Creates value for our shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management. Effectively manages a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times. Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team. Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program. Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction. Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs. Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team. Employee recognition and motivation efforts. Responsible for the ongoing training and evaluation of the employee.
