Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities - . SLA's Achievements: Responsible to checking of 100% data for multi cust ID related activities Responsible linking and delinking of cases as per the SLA defined Responsible to get the cases checked through partner as per the capacity defined Ensure the issues are fixed which are identified through this process . KPI Achievements: QA activity to be performed - T +4 days Linking/Delinking is done : T+10 days
- Major Challenges - o Currently there are multiple activities related to multiple cust ID which are owned by multiple SLA managers which needs to be combined under one team which will be handed by this person
- Key Decisions / Dimensions - . Process changes: Issues to be fixed by coordinating with respective team 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work . IT/PMO team: For any projects
