Job Description
Accepting profiles from Restaurant industry only & should have worked in Cochin market Responsible for 3 or 5 stores Oversee the day to day operations Ensure compliance with company standards, policies & procedures. Responsible for people management- recruit, hire and train staffs. Provide guidance and support to the team in customer service, sales techniques, food safety & operational procedures. Monitor and analyze key financial indicators, including sales, costs and profitability. Develop and implement new startegies to achieve it. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 950,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Schedule:
