Innovation & Learning 16.Ensure goal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process within specified timelines for self and reportees 17.Evaluate the staff competences in terms of promotion, business assessment and credit risk assessment capacity and propose solutions for improvement18.Expected to be updated with all new improvement & innovations happening in the market and competitorsShould be updated with the latest trends in civic and local laws of the territory of operation
