Job Purpose:
To ensure implementation of ABPMJAY, MA & MAV scheme the terms of tender and ensure minimum escalation / grievance from the District.
Principle Accountabilities:

• 
  Overall responsibility of driving the project as per the ABPMJAY, MA & MAV guidelines at district level.
  Vendor management at district level.
  Report and alert any issues at the grass root level \xe2\x80\x93 both operational as well as administrative
  Coordinating with HAT and ILM team.
  Relationship with the district officials related to ABPMJAY, MA & MAV.
  Meeting DM/ CDHO/ CDMO/ DDO etc. on weekly basis (as per schedule)
  Schedule/ Attending SCM - Weekly to ensure minimum DGRC
  Sharing MOM for SCM with HAT Team
  Grievance Redressal such that the grievance does not reach SHA
  Coordination with local enrolment team to ensure higher enrolment, on ground in first 6 months
  Coordinate to organize District level workshops and Hospital trainings by HAT.
  Coordinate with HAT and prepare BAGIC case for DGRC...attending DGRC
  MOM for decisions taken in the state/district meetings needs to be circulated
  Taking audit findings to the district authorities and ensuring action on the same within specified time frame
  Keeping a tab of claims and most claiming hospitals
  Attending Hospital Escalations
