Job Responsibility

Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals

Leading a team of RM\xe2\x80\x99s and CSM\xe2\x80\x99s
Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA\xe2\x80\x99s and Connectors
Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks
Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction
Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats


Key Skills:

handling a team of 25 people and above or multiple branches or currently a senior manager / branch manager
