Job Description
- Cluster ManagerWhat you'll do :
- Improves operational standards of clinics handling.
- Responsible for delivery of sales target.
- To be responsible for Product Counselling, Reminder calls, Follow-up calls.
- Train, guide, and motivate the clinic teams.
- Responsible for Operational Audit.
- To be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and overlook the team to maximize revenue.
- Address customer issues and queries in an accurate and timely manner.
- To be responsible for the retention and daily appreciation of staff.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop an employee developmental plan.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop a safe and positive work environment for staff.
- To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company is met.
- Fluent in English,
- Positive Attitude,
- Self-driven,
- Self Motivated,
- A Background of Skin and Hair clinic will be preferred,
- Must be having on In-house Sales & Business Development.,
- Will be preparing the Reports & analyzing the sales reports of the clinics.,
- Female candidate and immediate joiner preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
Skills: Clinic sales, revenue generation, Follow-ups, Client conversion.Experience required: 8 - 10 years
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Salary: Up to 60,000/- ( Per Month)
