"This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." Manage B2B Marketplace from Sourcing traffic to Loan disbursals with interventions to improve funnel Efficiency


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Communication & Campaigns: . Design interventions to Improve efficiencies of Add to Cart PDP Views Approval Rates. . Improve funnel Conversion Metrics Performance Monitoring: . Manage the funnel w.r.t driving metrics of A2C/Buy Now | Transactions & Orders for B2B Marketplace . Engagement with Analytics teams to identify segments for reducing cancellation . Monitoring of Marketplace platform for anomalies issues & quick resolution. . Engagement with Business Teams to drive SKU coverage for Marketplace Stakeholder Management: . Liaising with BFDL to ensure immediate Platform issues resolution . Liaise with channel owners for driving efficiencies on funnel to drive volume Team Management: . Plan for Upgrading & developing required Skill sets (People Skill) . Mentoring Metrics . B2B Marketplace Orders . Funnel - A2C/Buy Now | Transactions & Orders . Cancellation . Marketplace Platform Health




Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Post Graduation - MBA, B.E, B Tech b) Work Experience Total Experience: 4-6 years Relevant Experience: 2 -3 years 1. Prior experience in E-Commerce, Digital marketing is preferred 2. Prior experience in Campaign management is an added advantage 3. Prior experience in stakeholder management is an added advantage 4. Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills 5. Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills 6. High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials 7. Leadership qualities are a must have
