About the role:- This role will be a part of the city's supply leadership team, the main objective is to grow business and increase supply penetration on the products offered by us.The role plays an integral part in ensuring effective and constant communication between account teams and the city leadership teamto build a strategy and vision for the quality of supply in your region.In doing so, you will bring strong project management and analytical skills. You will be well versed in identifying, presenting, and implementing projects in a dynamic environment.We cherish leaders who combine rapport-building with resilience and work with the intent of showing the big picture. Act as a mini CEO for your designated cluster and accounts and manage a team of 6 - 8 Account managers . Help the City's leadership team to build a strategy to significantly increase Dineout's footprint in your cluster . Coordinate with the city management team on strategic planning and objectives . Develop and own relationships with key decision-makers across the F&B market in your area and facilitate penetration to ensure best-in-class supply. . Build a 360 vision of the quality of the supply in your region and a plan on how to fix the gaps and Lead a team of account managers to ensure that your team is meeting the company's AOP targets . Develop tools and processes to contribute to greater productivity and efficiency of your team . Implement strategies with restaurant partners to enhance productivity and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage for the Dineout website . Develop a High Performing Team, Help in recruitment, Coaching & mentoring Desired Skills:- . Bachelor's or equivalent degree is required, MBA is a plus . Candidates having at least 5+ years of work experience are encouraged to apply . Proven experience as a team leader and team player . Strategic thinking and planning, hands-on mentality . Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade restaurant partners . Ability to communicate the value proposition and recommend solutions to potential partners .
