Asmita Group created a new concept in Mira Road by pioneering health consciousness and life style activities .The Asmita Resorts (popularly known as the Asmita Club) provides a beautiful landscape large swimming pool, a well equipped Gymnasium, health Club with attached steam & sauna and other facilities like yoga classes, Academy of taekwondo, Dance drama and beauty parlor classes. The club’s well appointed banquet halls and open lawns offer outstanding venues of indoor and outdoor entertaining, wedding parties, and events and so on. • Manage operations, administration and strategic planning of the club facilities like Restaurant, Banquets, Fitness center, Health-club, Swimming pool, Yoga, Gym etc.
• Manage Hotel budgeting, marketing, training, events organizing financial and service level performance.
• Interpreting Financial Reports and provide expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expenses.
• Making financial plans for spotting trends, measuring productivity and monitoring progress.
• Controlling ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability.
• Implementing opportunities for managing operational costs and boosting the bottom line.
• Developing Marketing Strategy and ensuring a consistent image is being portrayed.
• Developing and maintaining gracious and efficient front desk procedures.
• Maintain and updated all necessary internal and external signage.
• Anticipating, identifying and ensuring customer needs are being met in the best possible way.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups, etc.
• Develop and deliver credible, competitive, value-plus service to the customer.
• Guiding staff to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair.
• Develop Value Packed Proposals and maintain internal staff retention programs.
• Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
• Develop and monitor Staff Goals Planning.
• Maintain an up to date version of the Hotel Procedure Manual and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain Club literature, documentation and process handling requirements.
• Attending Management meetings and convening all relevant information throughout the club.
• Holding regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Hotel operation.
• Managing swimming pool areas, including overall maintenance, daily upkeep and cleanliness.
• Keeping a watch on billing procedures and safety procedures of staff and guest
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and ensures tools & equipment are well maintained and in sufficient supply

• Performs pre- and post-service checks; ensures subordinates are immaculately groomed and aware of daily specials and promotional offers.
• Is highly sensitive to guest preferences; ensures the department's guest history is up to date and relevant
• Is creative in developing, engaging events for the Club Members

• Performs any additional duties as assigned

Skills And Abilities

• Has 5+ years of relevant experience l in a 5-star hotel/resort
• Possesses aptitude, management skills and upward mobility
• Possesses business acumen, well developed guest PR skills and personal flair
• Has a well-developed interest in food: professional training in food knowledge; is a 'foodie'

Has a keen focus in promoting Hampers & Food Delivery for regular business and also for special F&B promotion.
