It has been developed by a team of experienced developers and infrastructure experts and is backed by insights from Customer Care leaders experienced in the Enterprise, Aviation, Contact Centre, Logistics, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Managed Service providers and Technology Industries. The system is built to service organizations of all sizes and can handle multi-team, multi-vendor, OEM and multi-company web and email customer support operations. Based in Malta and Pondicherry, India has been responsible and directly involved in building many IT infrastructures, unified communications, telecommunications and outsourcing for blue chip, enterprise, contact centre and governmental institutions, in diverse industries ranging from financial to aviation sectors.Cloud Solution Architect - Raiseaticket PondicherryWe are looking for Cloud Solution Architect to provide enterprise-level expertise and support to our infrastructure and clients. Ultimately, you will be a person of our developer's trust. We will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems and scalability.Requirements:Experience with core Azure, AWS and GCP platform architecture, including areas such as:

• Organizations, Account Design, VPC, Subnet, segmentation strategies
• CloudEndure, MGN, DataSync
• Backup and Disaster Recovery approach and design
• Environment and application automation
• CloudFormation and third-party automation approach/strategy
• Network connectivity, Direct Connect and VPN
• Identity and Access Management

Responsibilities:

• Conducting architectural analysis, and performance audit of enterprise-wide systems.
• Ensuring the delivery of strong system solutions by the appliance architecture team to the architect business
• Developing, enhancing, and maintaining established process and procedure of service design for assuring appropriate and robust service design
• Forming a part of a high-performance solution architecture team that supports the developmental effort of a business-oriented project
• Planning, designing, and executing complex company level solution configuration
• Preparation and presentation of a test plan, reports, technical presentations, and analyst briefings for covering different solution areas
• Collaborating with client and the IT development team for ensuring suitable translation of architectural solutions into robust and effective implementation.
• Identifying the customer requirements, analyze the alternatives, and conduct product recommendations related to the platform, software, and network configurations
• Execute security related operational procedures in a security-first, infrastructure as code
• Directly support Security Engineers by contributing research for Application Security reviews
• Investigate security alerts and security findings and determine remediation steps
• Contribute towards scripting and security tool development efforts
• Own security metrics delivery and improvements
• Perform security related scans and testing
