As ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be working with Pre-sales, delivery and Client Account team to design solution approach for POC, delivery projects and lead complex delivery projects end to end
Design solution for POCs, Delivery projects, Internal Projects and Product development
Capable to lead the center of excellence of a particular technology
Develop working relationship with Pre-Sales and Client Account teams
Be the customer success person to design the solution from long term and holisticpoint of view.
Can work with customer to design asset management of data center assets (asset management and operation management) end to end
Work to setup customer NOC and day to day automation using orchestration or similar tool
Run client meetings, deliver presentations to prospects and participate in leading the opportunity review discussions.
Can help developer, technical leads in fixing the issues
Present solution ideas and approaches in client and team sessions \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure good communication structures for project delivery.
Owning detailed project effort estimates and associated resource plans.
Producing scoping outputs such as Statements of Work and Solution Designs.
Engagement in large IT transformation projects based on ServiceNow or similar platform such as:
o IT Service Management o IT Operation Management o IT Business Management o Security Operations o Cloud Management o Human Resources o Performance & Analytics o AI, Machine Learning and Service Automation o IT task Automation Skill required to perform the duty: Technical: o Past experience of working on any service management tool such as Servicenow BMC,microfocus, Ivanti etc. OR o Extensive experience of end to end project/product development using any technology such as Java, dotnet, any other technology o Good experience on UI/UX technology o Understanding of databases, queries, data normalization. o Experience in the field of IT Service Management (configuration, incident management, change management), an increasingly technical/architecture role with specific experience with the ITSM, CSM, ITOM and ITBM products o Deep understanding of ServiceNow or similar platform capabilities o CMDB and asset management and Data Normalization o Experience in building, modifying and implementing IT processes, including configuration and automation of processes. o Experience in ServiceNow or similar product - min. 5 years in designing and managing the implementation and maintenance of medium and large- sized projects. o Experience in Asset auto Discovery o knowledge in server/network/application monitoring o Knowledge of IT task automation using any tool o Knowledge of tools available in market o Knowledge of ITIL & Agile. o Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Webservices, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST. o Expert ability to provide ServiceNow customization and configuration including but not limited to: scripting, workflow administration, report setup,module customization, data imports and third-part software integration Soft skills: o Self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule. o Solid verbal and written communication skills. o Business analysis and requirements gathering skills. o Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. o Willing to be part of the local and international projects, even with long term travels.
