Roles and Responsibilities:
The Technical Operation Expert is responsible for the IT operation and monitoring of the SRS components. It acts as an interface for driving problem management. The technical operation experts owns and drives the operational manuals. It also contributes to the cyber security related activities and tasks.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
IT Operations
Strong personality, good assertiveness
New Relic Monitoring tools
IT skills in particular infrastructure, AWS Cloud and Linux
Experience with virtual environments / cloud technology (AWS)
Kubernetes and AWS hands on experience
Practical experience in operating complex IT applications
Strong knowledge on Cloud concepts like Storage, Networking, Load Balancing etc..
Experience in ITIL Operations
Independent and cross-topic development of application knowledge
Experience in project management
Independent recognition and processing of company topics
Working in an environment with international partners
Preparation of an operating handbook
target group-oriented communication
IT Security knowledge
Scripting Knowledge
Added knowledge on Healthcare clinical workflows.
Awareness for agile methodology.
Certificate
ITIL and cloud administration certificate will be preferred
Qualification
University degree in engineering in computer science or similar
