  • 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM



Job location: Elippode, Trivandrum, Kerala (WFO)


Experience : 7+ years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in managing clinical teams


Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a medical field (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, D Pharm, Pharm D, B Pharm, Paramedics)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the clinical quality assurance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Develop, implement, and maintain clinical quality assurance programs and processes. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with medical standards and guidelines. Collaborate with clinical teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Redefine the existing clinical Teams processes, people, methodology and practices. Prepare and attend client audits; conduct mock audits regularly Should be ready to work in any shifts and as per the need of the organisation Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and advancements in medical practices. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on clinical quality findings and recommendations. Communicate quality-related issues and initiatives to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate training and educational programs to enhance clinical quality awareness. Foster a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a medical field (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, D Pharm, Pharm D, B Pharm, Paramedics)
7+ years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in managing clinical teams Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical processes, and quality standards. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) as required.
