In the current business environment, slow payments or overdue/bad debts can seriously affect a company\'s liquidity. Credit Management is a tool that any company adopts to control the risks involved while extending payment terms to its customers, which protects accounts receivables, a short term asset that helps better cash flows and helps the company at the time of availing loans and credit lines. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Services Manager located in Jaipur. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, overseeing client services, utilizing analytical skills to enhance our services, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely and efficient customer service. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to analyze data and use analytical skills to improve services Experience in customer satisfaction and client services Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: Experience in debt management or the financial services industry Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
