The main function of the role is create and update custom and standard presentations (client reviews, consultants, prospectus, pitches, internal use etc.,) based on the request from client facing team across EMEA, NA, CANADA and APAC regions and deliver 100% quality within the stipulated business deadlines.

What you will be responsible for

As Client Service Presentations you will

  • Work in-line with SSGA\'s brand specifications and creating/modifying presentations as per the instructions.
  • Ensure all requests are completed with 100% accuracy.
  • Prioritize and complete the requests based on the deadlines provided on the request form.
  • Coordinate with Onshore counterpart to gather required information for a presentation.
  • Coordinate with the compliance for approvals
  • Follow up whenever required to ensure the deliverables are met and the request is closed in the timely manner
  • Should be adaptable to changes & learning.
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts
  • Update the Internal Job Tracker based on individual production, quality, TAT on daily basis
  • Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task

  • Strong PPT skills (versions MS 2003, 2007, 2010 & Office 365)
  • Good understanding of financial services and investment products
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on service
  • Excellent communication skills including good telephone/email etiquette
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate level or above, preferably with specialization in finance.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in MS office (PowerPoint, Word and excel), preferably in any Financial Organization
  • Excellent communication skills
