This role would involve understanding the building blocks (rules, market structure, client usage and clientele) of the fixed income index product suite
Ensure the client queries, stakeholders queries are resolved in a timely manner
Escalate wherever necessary
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Minimum education and requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Quantitative Finance or Management in Information Systems and 2 or more years of related work experience in client services.
Detailed specifications and requirement gathering skills from varied associated teams and partners. Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently across different businesses and functional area
Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable facing off to senior management and Business heads within the firm
Client service experience and should be able to comprehend client queries
Data management, AI Tools and Data visualization tools and techniques - a strong plus
Work timing- APAC/EMEA shift
