Job Title Customer Service - Associate II What does a successful Customer Service - Associate II do at FISERV/ ICICI Merchant Services Plays a vital role for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the company\'s reputation for outstanding service. This position involves providing courteous and efficient support to our valued customers. What will you do: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
