About Our Client
Our client is a leading Global SaaS company focused on the Logistics tech space and is looking for a Client Partner for one of their largest accounts.
The Client Partner will be the SPOC for the largest account of the organisation which is also a leading Indian conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai. The Client Partner will be responsible for the following:
Proactively monitor and track client satisfaction through NPS and CSAT scores, taking necessary actions to address concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products to further meet the client\'s needs and drive revenue growth
Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, minimising churn and maximising lifetime value.
Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of our solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the client\'s satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have the following:
10+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success, within the SaaS industry.
Experience in managing large accounts and generating revenue via upselling or cross-selling additional services
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
