A large-scale intervention involves bringing about mindset & attitude shifts across several thousands of people at high speeds in a systematic & scientific manner with high measurability. This is possible using cutting-edge pedagogies and cognitive tools & approaches.


Over the last 20 years, Illumine has designed, developed & deployed such interventions across some of the leading businesses (SBI, Tata Steel, Asian Paints, BPCL, Aditya Birla Capital, etc.), Educational institutions (Gujarat Technological University, Biju Patnaik University, IIT Delhi, 5000 CBSE schools, etc.) impacting ~42 lakh people across India.


Recent collaborations with the Capacity Building Commission, Govt. of India have led to cognitive transformation projects with the Indian Railways (for 1 lakh citizen facing employees), Ministry of Home Affairs, National Police Academy (for police persons in Union Territories & Delhi). Role of Intervention Manager: \xe2\x80\x93


Your primary responsibility will be to make change interventions happen on a large-scale.


This involves \xe2\x80\x93




Building and ensuring smooth client relationships throughout the project




Understanding the client context deeply to appreciate their challenges, way of working and environment




Managing multiple stakeholders




Facilitating engagement between the client system & internal teams to achieve intervention outcomes




Working closely with Illumine\xe2\x80\x99s internal practice teams and support them during the design & development phase




Driving the overall implementation & execution in alignment with intervention goals.




Ensuring quality of delivery at all levels




Tracking intervention outcomes with Illumine\'s analytics and deployment team and taking appropriate strategic actions, where needed




Meeting tough deadlines each time, every time




Anticipating potential challenges that may come up during the intervention journey for real-time course-correction




Building capacity in team members




Building a network of partners, vendors, professionals who can contribute as required for such projects

What you will need to succeed in this role:




Alignment to Illumine\xe2\x80\x99s vision & values




Maturity to handle high-stakes engagement with diverse stakeholders




Ability to find solutions which meet client outcomes without compromising on Illumine\xe2\x80\x99s core philosophy and methodology




Total ownership of client\xe2\x80\x99s + organizational outcomes




High tolerance for ambiguity




Work dynamically & coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and colleagues (in a flat, non-hierarchical structure)




Min. of 10 years of experience in managing clients/ similar large & complex projects in development/ social sector, Government sector, or private sector




Verbal & written proficiency in English. Professional fluency in Hindi


Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & contribution potential.


Engagement Possibility 1: On-site, Mumbai, Full-time, willing to travel as required


Engagement Possibility 2: Project-basis for 6 months/ 1 year, On-site, Mumbai, Full-time, willing to travel as required


Engagement Possibility 3: On-site, Bangalore/ Karnataka, Project-basis for 6 months (Fluency in Kannada is a must)
