Job Title: Social Media Client Account Manager/Brand Manager Job Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, campaigns, and content plans for clients across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, build and maintain strong client relationships, and understand their business goals and objectives. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all social media channels, maintaining brand guidelines and positioning. Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and high-quality content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements, aligned with client\'s brand and target audience. Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to clients on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster engagement and positive brand sentiment. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure clients are utilizing the most effective strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management, account management, and brand management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Familiarity with various industries and the ability to adapt to different brand voices and target audiences.
