Job Description

cKers Finance (pronounced \'seekers\') is looking for a Predictive Analytics and Data Engineering Manager who is passionate about Sustainability and looking for meaningful as well as cutting-edge work.

The candidate would own the data-assets of cKers finance, which engages in Insight discovery, predicting loan performance and data engineering services.

The person would be familiar with setting up cloud-based data acquisition solutions including those for telemetry as well as SaaS Platforms, cleaning and curating data sets used by decision making functions, building insight driving models that apply diverse logics (ranging from mathematical, socio economic, and behavioural tracking). These would be in the EMobility segment of cKers Finance.

Role:

The role envisages building a small team that manages the following activities:

- Analyze a variety of data streams using mathematical models and statistical techniques

- Responsible for collection and maintenance of multiple data-streams from various data providers and bringing them into standardized / analysable formats

- Using the data to research and analyse issues pertaining to Vehicle performance, Driver Behavior and overall deal performance. Having familiarity with mathematical models and statistical techniques along with knowledge of electrical vehicles/batteries.

- Developing visualizations and analytics dashboards that generate insights for internal customers (Product development, Retail and corporate deal acquisition teams, risk management and asset monitoring teams)

- Engage with Stakeholders within the technology, financing and data maturity ecosystems of the electric vehicles industry in India.

About you:

- You have an understanding of data architectures for high velocity and high volume data.

You must have:

- Post-graduation in disciplines such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering

- 5-8 years of experience in data/market analytics

- Desire to work in climate and/or sustainability domain

- Demonstrated knowledge and use of Python, R script, SQL, Power BI along with strong prototyping skills in Excel, power Query and other basic data analysis tools.

- Knowledge and capability to work with platforms like Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, blob storage.

- Passion to work in cross functional (Tech - Business - Science) and continuous improvement role.

Excellent English writing skills and the ability to articulate analytical thought in an easily comprehensible manner and to use all insights gathered to build various reports
