Veneers, Digital Consultation, and At Home Services Industry: Health, Wellness & Fitness Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f We are looking to hire a city head who would be responsible for driving the revenue of Indore city and manage the day to day operations for the city. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Prioritize and ensure optimum utilization of digital scanners .
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all the scheduled appointments are catered within the day within the mentioned TAT.
\xe2\x97\x8f Set the daily cadence of the team comprising - Sales TLs , Operations executive and city supply lead and city Orthodontists
\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise and leverage the relationship with the partner clinics
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure timely payouts of the reimbursements and dues of the vendors, partner clinics and scanning dentists.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.
\xe2\x97\x8f The Ideal fit :
\xe2\x97\x8f 5- 7 years of core revenue, operations and team management role
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong business acumen, analytical and communication skills are needed.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must have strong experience in using Excel
\xe2\x97\x8f Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
