Hands on in PowerShell scripting to manage andcreate/modify a new VDI machine hosted on Hyper-V . Responsible for maintaining and managing Citrixapplications in Citrix cloud via packaging . Citrix Administration- Creation/Modification ofPolicies in Citrix cloud . Modifications to the existed applications Server basedon business requirements. . Hands on experience in SCVMM management andtroubleshooting . Hands on experience in DaaS monitoring applicationavailability and delivery group configuration . Vendor Coordination (Citrix) - CallLogging/Monitoring/Escalation . Working knowledge on problem ticket for MajorIncidents and MIM calls . Hands on Change management process, creating changesin SNOW . Planning and execution of DR Drills based onavailability of DR setup and recovery procedures. . Critical Application Server Load balance configurationRequirement - Testing/ Analysis/ Installation/ Publishing . Capable of handling new requirement and coming with desiredsolution to meet the business demands . Delivering solution / enhancement through Citrix DevOpsmodel . Fair knowledge in term of understanding to support SDX boxes . Vulnerability management process to address Vulnerabilityreported for enterprise application . Deep level of troubleshooting experience on Citrix ADC tomanage from operational and enhancement levels
