Position Deputy Manager/ Manager - Electrical Design

Reports To Manager - Electrical Design (Energy Systems)

Place of Posting Chennai/ Bangalore

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Interact with internal/external customers and understanding requirements then do feasibility study

2. Develop engineering requirements specifications, DVP's for validation and characterizing battery pack

3. Design of electrical circuits for EV and develop energy management for the same

4. Work with the BMS and functional safety teams to develop a functionally safe pack

5. Test batteries at the module level and at the system level

6. Support prototype and engineering builds.

7. Support the activity of battery box design along with Mechanical and thermal team for physical safety of the pack

8.Work with cross functional teams to Integrate the battery into the final system

9. Should be good in Circuits & Functional Troubleshooting

10. Modelling and simulation using Python and Matlab-Simulink tools

11.Interact with vendors during part development activities

Experience (years)B.E/B.Tech/M.E./MTech: 3+ years / 5+ years

Industry Preferred Automotive, Aerospace, Electrical

Qualification B.E/B.Tech/M.E./MTech., in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering
