We have below vacancy for a Steel Manufacturing company in Surat.


Position: Section Engineer- Hydrographic Surveys
Location: Hazira
Roles and Responsibilities
aA,A Carry out hydrographic survey.
aA,A Carry out Topographic survey.
aA,A Supervise outsourced survey work.
aA,A Prepare the chart in desire scale.
aA,A Man and manage survey equipment (both Hydrographic and topographic survey)
aA,A Calibration of survey equipment
aA,A Establishment of Base station, Tide station, TBM and control Point.
aA,A Upkeeping all survey data.

Skills
aA,A Knowledge of Hypack survey and Hypack navigation software.
aA,A Knowledge of Autocade.
aA,A Having an understating of single and multibeam survey.
aA,A Installation of Survey set up and commissioning.
aA,A Ability to do independent Hydrographic survey and processing of survey data.
aA,A Online data acquisition of Single beam, Multibeam and ADCP.
aA,A Ability to establish and maintain strong close working relationships with all
officers/functions within the port operations.
aA,A Adhering to safe working procedures and delivering responsibilities of operations
aA,A Ability to persuade and complete tasks at hand, and adhere to safety guidelines and
procedures
aA,A Driven and determined to succeed, ensuring proactive follow up on all action items
aA,A General understanding dredging work.
aA,A Individual contributor, Teamwork, and Cooperation
Qualification:-
aA,A Diploma Civil Engineer with 8 to 10 Year experience or BE Civil Engineer with 5 to 8
years of experience.
Or
aA,A Indian Navy surveyor with 5 to 8 Years of Professional experience.
