The Opportunity
The position is that of Lead -Direct Retail Sales in promoting the sales of premium product in multi- brand premium outlets. The position reports to the Retail Business Head.
Direct reports: - Sales Associates for each market (around 2 each for 4 southern states)
Responsibilities
This is a Junior Management position in the organisation and has responsibility for managing the Direct Retails Sales of Premium products in south India. The role demands proven ability in managing sales team planning the beat plan for the sales associates and survey he market through associates to expand the reach of direct retailing.
