- Product & Customer Support
\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with marketing teams, field sales and external (channel) partners to execute multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs that support company objectives and regional objectives and revenue goals.
\xe2\x97\x8f Enable sales strategies and give demos if required to the potential clients and facilitating the deal to close including follow-ups.
\xe2\x97\x8f You will develop highly differentiated messaging, craft go-to-market strategy and execute cross-functional launches to drive awareness, adoption and deepening engagement of new features.
\xe2\x97\x8f You will collaborate with other teams, and own development of collateral including product data sheets, website, sales enablement materials, blogs, landing page content, tutorial articles, templates content, videos, scripts, social media and other marketing collateral that help tell the Stackby product story.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage customers on support channels.
\xe2\x97\x8f Build and manage an evolving suite of resources for current and prospective users, including guides, webinars, landing pages, media assets, and more.

Salary Range: 15k to 30k as per experience and candidature
