Position Name: Sales Manager - Logistics Solutions

Job Location: Bangalore

Salary Range: 20 - 30 LPA

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Electronics/Automobile and MBA (Sales/Marketing) in a reputed institution.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development and/or sales of enterprise software applications towards large and complex organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience generating leads and developing sales opportunities with new customers.
  • 2+ years of experience effectively conveying value propositions to all management levels at customers, but also internally in a consultative sales approach.
  • 2+ years of growing sales accounts.
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Electronics/Automobile
  • MBA (Marketing and Sales) from reputed institutes with total 12 + years' experience in relevant field

What does the role entail?
  • Contribute to the transformation of the logistics, Fleets, warehousing, and transportation industry
  • Build relationship and sales engagement with enterprise customers(Large and Medium) in logistics & warehousing
  • Innovate business models / adjacencies / opportunities (partnering, networking,), creation of business cases and orchestrate cross divisional business opportunities in the logistics market
  • Actively explore complex customer requirements on both business and tech stacks to work with crossfunctional teams & integrate feedback into agile development cycles
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs & Engage in platform play, present and demo solutions, emphasizing their associated value propositions
  • Maintain record of your sales funnel, incl. a reasonable forecast for long term
  • Regularly analyze your sales funnel, share insights within the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, and optimize it by implementing new or corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other GTM Specialists from all Bosch mobility units worldwide to work with your customers and to leverage existing relationships
Supporting competencies for the role:
  • Business development and sales, ideally in the fleet, transportation, or logistics industry.
  • Ability to handle enterprise accounts with passion, strong initiatives, and positive attitude
  • Strong mindset of customer-centricity and passion for customer success
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze problems and opportunities, and systematically approach them to find solutions or make improvement
  • Highly results-driven attitude with a demonstrated record of growing sales preferably in the mobility services area & Exposure to both corporate and start-up cultures.
  • Self-motivated and willing to be flexible in work schedule and hours due to global team distribution.
  • Excellent time management skills with strong ability to balance competing priorities and to manage several concurrent projects and tasks
  • Functional experience in Logistics, Fleets focusing on Platform Sales
