- Stock management for Tools & JIGs spares & purchase
- Safety & Performance machine loss Identification & Improvements
- Vision system apply for model matrix
- Analysis of Process & Improve appearance related issues
- Calibration for all Equipments & Maintain all cerificates
- Maintain standards, Rule & Process
- Coordinating with other departments to solve issues regarding Line Breakdown, Material Shortage & Quality Defects
- Auto CAD dimension verification for Tools & JIGs
- Measurement & Analsysis the variation in product and correction daily basis if required
- Should work as a team with set of line leaders and reporting to Group leader (HOD)
- Innovation & Improvements weekly basis related to the core department
- New model co-ordination with concern team & manage without issues
