Investment Middle Office Services ("iMOS") offers Investment Managers a global, comprehensive suite of services to fully outsource post-trade execution transaction processing and investment recordkeeping.

Position Summary
Incumbent will be responsible for end to end trade process management & flawless delivery of process. Continuously develop industry/product knowledge.

Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:

BAU Execution to be best in class. Publishing of weekly KPI's & KRI's and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels. Ensure follow up for all ageing items
Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure
Work with associates to ensure regular communication is maintained
Play a key role in Audit reviews and checks
Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans
Work with Manager to ensure regular communication with partner locations
Processes research/investigations on appropriate systems to operations
Explain product features and benefits Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
Must be able to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations
