Job Title: Team Leader

: "Responsible for reconciliation of JP Morgan Fund Accounting data to external/ internal Custodians, Prime Brokers, Transfer Agents or Counterparties for Fund Accounting and Investment Middle Office Services clients

Supervision of accurate and timely delivery of reconciliation outputs within the agreed SLA

Subject Matter Expert for the team in terms of the domain

Act as the 1st escalation point & ensure timely and appropriate escalation of actual/ potential delays and issues with the Supervisors and Mgmt

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manual matching and sourcing of breaks based on investigation to the correct operational areas within the agreed SLA

• Accurate completion of any other bespoke/ manual reconciliation assigned outside the strategic system

• Second level of investigation and drive final resolution of open breaks assigned to the Unit, including posting of transactions within the Accounting system

• Daily allocation of work within the team and monitoring of the deliverables within the SLA

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the team to guide team members on questions and issues

• Act as the 1st escalation point for all queries and issues, including overall responsibility for email & queries queue mgmt.

• Responsible of final delivery of all MIS and metrics per the SLA

• Responsible for accurate closure of all end of day activities including checklists

Skills: . Good oral & written communication skills

• Good understanding of Capital Markets and related terminologies

• Strong analytical capabilities and MS Office skills

• Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo

• Good Time Management Skills - Ability to manage conflicting priorities

• Knowledge of reconciliation preferred

Qualifications: . Graduate in Commerce
