Job Description


As a Team Leader in CAS Market Operations, you\'ll be responsible for managing day to day BAU activities and team management while leading process improvement.

Responsibilities:
Authenticate requests/ perform due diligence prior to processing the request as per the documented procedure
Open customer records in appropriate branches and systems, ensuring correct linkages and downstream impact.
Ensure 100% accuracy in Confirmation recipients and SSIs Maintenance on the systems as per procedures with zero tolerance related to client data breaches.
Present innovative ideas and demonstrate ability to implement under supervision of managers and stakeholders
Ability to partner and work seamlessly in collaborative manner
Support team and peers to achieve team objectives and goals
Maintaining account mapping between the various systems.
Data analysis / research and remediation function based on assignments.
Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed
Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures \\"SOPs.\\"
Receive, investigate, and respond to internal queries in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain MIS report as required.
Maintain accurate volumes / productivity
Support the Process Manager through investigation, analysis, and provision of relevant data to resolve stakeholder queries as required.
Facilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor, and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Escalate with urgency any instructions that are unclear or cannot be processed in a timely manner to the appropriate party for clarification

Ability to work quickly, with accuracy, and with minimum supervision
Relevant financial industry experience
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
