As a transformational change leader for OTC Derivatives Markets Operations, you will use your years of proven project management experience to lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver strategic transformational and product enhancing projects . You will also provide analytical, reporting and communications support for Markets senior management. Your extensive knowledge of Technology and Operations will help your team raise their game, meeting your own high standards as well as satisfying both business and client requirements. Your communication and influencing skills will be counted on to set the strategic direction and solve complex business, operating model and technical challenges internally and externally. As a constant learner and early adopter, you're already embracing leading-edge technologies and methodologies; your example encourages others to follow suit.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including the ability to:

  • Lead, manage, and drive execution of key projects across OTC Derivatives Markets Operations
  • Support the governance infrastructure and protocols of the programme
  • Partner closely with teams across Technology, Operations, Business, and Finance teams globally to pilot and implement new technology that creates competitive advantage for the Firm
  • Lead problem solving and data driven decision making inclusive of process design, re-engineering, and target state modelling in partnership with technology and business stakeholders
  • Understand our clients' priorities and capabilities, and how these should shape our target state technology solution, operating model, and client service measurements
  • Influence at all levels through the organisation, flexing message and approach based on audience and context
  • Develop a high performing, diverse team and focus on building deep pipelines of internal and external talent
  • Actively seek opportunities to lead & contribute to initiatives outside immediate area of responsibility

Markets Operations Platform Transformation

The Markets Operations Platform Transformation Group is responsible for delivering key programmes and capabilities focused on efficient and scalable infrastructure, exceptional client service, best-in class controls and a solid foundation for commercialising our firm's assets.

You will be supporting the OTC Derivatives Markets business within the CIB. You will work across key Markets Operations product areas including Confirmation and Settlement functions.
