Role Description

The Operations change management team under Trade & Working Capital department is seeking a high performing Associate candidate for Project Governance & Production Incident Management role based out of Mumbai. The successful candidate will be involved in working with Business stakeholders for establishing release management governance, tracking of all the release milestones from requirement stage until post implementation impact assessment, tracking of production incidents and analyzing historical trends for production system stability uplift, weekly and regular reporting to senior management

This role requires the candidate to work in India Hours.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Establish release governance and framework for project and production incident management
  • Tracking all the project milestones (including and not limited to)
    • Facilitating requirement gathering
    • Tracking Tech-Ops Engagement
    • Organizing the discussion with Technology partners for requirement walkthrough
    • Tracking progress of project
    • Weekly and regular meeting with Stakeholder to drive the progress
    • Driving Pre - Post implementation tasks and reporting to Sr. Management
  • Proactive tracking of production incidence
  • Analyze the impact of production incidence and regular updates to Sr. Management
  • Analyzing historical trends of system to uplift production system stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills:

  • 5+ years of Release or Project Management Experience
  • Experience of working with various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and capable of developing strong story boards to support senior management update
  • Exceptional organizational skills, be able to prioritize demands/tasks based on priority level
  • Strong analytical ability with experience in analyzing and synthesizing large data sets
  • Strong level of proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project),
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, Click view will be preferred
  • Knowledge of Global Trade Finance business (i.e. lifecycle of Import and Export across the border and Banking involvement in the process) will be an advantage

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle high stress while maintaining accuracy in tight deadlines
