Investment Middle Office Services ('iMOS') offers Investment Managers a global, comprehensive suite of services to fully outsource post-trade execution transaction processing and investment recordkeeping. Position Summary Incumbent will be responsible for end to end trade process management & flawless delivery of process. Continuously develop industry/product knowledge. Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities: BAU Execution to be best in class. Publishing of weekly KPI's & KRI's and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels. Ensure follow up for all ageing items Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure Perform daily reconciliation between Investment books of record vs. Custody on daily basis Perform daily break resolution Work with associates to ensure regular communication is maintained Play a key role in Audit reviews and checks Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans Work with Manager to ensure regular communication with partner locations Processes research/investigations on appropriate systems to operations Explain product features and benefits Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge Must be able to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations Client focused Good time management skills An appreciation of risk and quality issues Control Oriented Proactive, positive approach Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly Ability to work independently Problem solving skills Attention to detail BehavioralCompetencies: Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues and onshore partners
