JOB DISCRIPTION: Designation: Child Care Center Manager Preferred Minimum experience: 5 years Location of Work: Borivali West, Mumbai. Job Overview Our Education department is in search of a Day Care Center Manager to be a part of our team. You will be primarily responsible for coordinating and handling the daycare center\'s activities. Besides, you should also be able to recruit and train new staff members. You will also be responsible for developing and ensuring a safe and happy environment for the children. You should also be able to develop and implement the daycare/ Montessori curriculum. Moreover, you should be able to promote the facilities provided at the daycare center. Furthermore, your job responsibilities will require you to maintain a detailed record of the daycare center\'s budget and expenses. As a Day Care Center Manager, you should have a complete knowledge of the educational rules and policies. In addition to this, you should display strong leadership and analytical skills. Responsibilities Developing and ensuring a safe and happy environment for the children Monitor wellbeing of students. Working hours 9 am to 7 pm. Coordinating with the teaching staff in planning various educational activities Planning and implementing curriculum that meets the state and federal requirements Coordinating with non-teaching staff and manage and review the task. Ensuring that the educational center facilities comply with the education laws and requirements Recruiting and training new daycare staff Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of the daycare center budget and expenses Developing various marketing plans to promote the daycare facilities Communicating the center\'s policies to the parents and guardians Holding parent-teacher meetings to discuss the child\'s progress Attending training sessions and programs to upgrade skills Evaluating and purchasing supplies and materials needed at the center Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood or a related field. Trained/ Experience with Montessori teaching methods, preferred. 5-7 years of work experience in the Education industry as a Day Care Director, Child Care Teacher, Child Care Provider or a similar role Complete knowledge of the daycare policies, guidelines, and rules governing the educational sector Excellent communication and presentation skills Good time management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to provide an enriching classroom experience Strong leadership qualities Displaying a friendly and approachable behavior Highly reliable and dedicated individual Ability to offer excellent customer service Fluent spoken and written English Additionally Hindi Marathi would be good to have.
