Role & responsibilities/Job description

• CM is responsible for meeting the sales & service targets designed by the business for all products and Services.
• CM has to deliver performance and maintenance of the Center activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.
• To manage the center with high quality business service and profitability
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Clinic's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the vicinity.
• Conducting outdoor events, talk shows, Health Campaign, etc for increasing the footfall at the center.
• Responsible to manage teams effectively and to contribute to training and development of the Team
• Responsible to coordinate and support all other departments for the smooth functioning of the center.
• Responsible at all times to adhere to all Organization Policy and Procedures.
• Responsible to use all company assets, resources efficiently and control Expenses
• To ensure compliance with all Protocols issued by the management.
• To support in all audit activities conducted by the Head office at regular intervals
• To map potential customers and generate leads for the center.
• To ensure 100% New leads Closure (100% First Consultation closures)
• Responsible for ensuring team work and a motivated environment at the center
• Responsible for petty cash handling, cash deposits, and maintaining data for current and future reference.

Location: Thane / Kalyan / Kharghar / Pune / GurgaonTimings: 10 am to 7 pm (Tuesday - Friday)Timings: 10 am to 6 pm (Saturday)Timings: 10 am to 4 pm (Sunday)Weekday off: MondayReporting to: Zonal ManagerSkills
