We are seeking a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to drive the sales of the org towards ambitious targets, aiming for 70% quarter-on-quarter sales growth while optimizing customer acquisition costs. This role requires a tech-savvy, results-driven leader with a strong background in healthcare sales and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a dynamic sales strategy to achieve an 85-90% target within 6 months, focusing on our elective secondary care surgery centers.
- Employ advanced analytics and statistics to inform sales decisions, optimize performance, and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Ensure the stability and growth of sales channels by fostering strong relationships, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and leveraging technology for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with the overall business strategy, focusing on innovative healthcare solutions outside of Oncology, Nephrology, Orthopedic and Cardiology services.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a robust team, including state heads and General Managers towards exceeding sales goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years\' experience in a senior sales role, with at least 5-7 years in the healthcare sector, excluding pharmaceutical sales backgrounds.
- Proven stability in previous roles with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
- Should hold a master\'s degree.
