Fund raising & Tax planning :
- Deal structuring- financial modelling (debt and equity) for ensuring smooth and timely execution of projects
- Asset Management and Business Planning
- Formulating sales and marketing plans for and highlighting key risks to the business
- Ensuring timely execution and cost optimization of projects while preserving quality and customer experience
- Formulating sales and marketing plans for and highlighting key risks to the business
- Driving all cross-functional and key business decisions related to assets, thereby managing P&L of the business
- Managing investor relations and collaborating with them on strategic decisions
- Formulating a business plan for projects, while keeping in mind the key financial objectives
- Strategic initiatives for the organization identified the gaps through strong MIS and anlyizing the same
- Collaborating with CEO, Business Head, and all other stakeholders
