Hiring for CFO-Real Estate-Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is to lead, manage and control all aspects of financial management, accounting and reporting, and administrative functions of the organization.
- Reporting to the Director, the CFO assumes a strategic role in the management of the company and works closely with the management team and directors to support sustainable business growth and profitability.
- Responsible for treasury, cash management, credit control, forecasting, budgeting and tax management
- Ensure that effective internal controls and risk management processes are in place
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements Develop and implement policies Lead change management process
- Establish and manage key performance indicators Assist in ad hoc assignments from time to time, such as due diligence and feasibility studies
Requirements:
- A qualified CPA with a degree or professional qualification in accountancy and 6-10 years relevant experience in financial management, preferably with a public-listed company
- A hands-on individual with high level of integrity and excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
