Job Description

Chief Financial Officer - MBA Finance (Premium Institute)/CA

- A Premium Institute MBA Finance or CA working in TOP 4 Consulting Organization.

- Must have exposure to Real Estate Finance.

- Minimum 10-12 Years Of Finance Experience from Real Estate preferred Minimum 5 years.

- Candidates knowing Tamil will be an advantage.

:

- Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation.

- Debt Restructuring/Funding

- Anchor the project feasibility sign off process and continuously monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances and work with key stakeholders to optimize profitability.

- Complete incharge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and audit sign off

- Must have handled minimum 10 Member team

- Plan and monitor cash flows of the company.

- Ensure 100% statutory compliance including Audit, Taxation and statutory compliance.

- Proactive profit planning for the entire group and guide the management on key milestones to be achieved.

- Streamlining of process to ensure adequate financial controls and zero leakage.

- Formalize a system of MIS that can support senior management in decision making.

- Groom next level of capable young leaders in the team.

Qualification :

- IIM MBA Finance/ CA with 10-12 years of experience with a Minimum of 5 years in Real Estate Finance.

- AGE not more than 35 Years

- Excellent oral and written communication

- Maturity to work with multiple stakeholders in high growth environment and deliver results.

- Reporting to COO/CEO
