Roles & Responsibilities:
- Budget preparation
- Cost Cutting & Austerity
- Vertical Development \xe2\x80\x93 Identifying those non/underperforming Verticals & planning exiting those Verticals.
- Expanding into States Other than TN
- Planning for Future in terms of Technology
- Payments and receivables
- Fund flow management
- Quarterly P & L preparation
- Balance sheet preparation
- Liaison with Bankers
- Advise on financial issues and taxation
- Fund Management & Mobilisation including Deficit Financing
- Filing of returns under various statutory requirements
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Health insurance
- Provident Fund
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
