Duties and responsibilities Delivering lectures to the students in the classrooms. Conducting practical for the students. Completing the designed curriculum in time. Proper and regular assessment of the growth of the students. Preparing progress reports and assessment records. Reporting the progress in curriculum regularly to the reporting person. Conduct doubt clearing sessions with students. Organizing workshops inside and outside the campus. Managing and administering operations under the Hospitality department. Taking part in strategizing the marketing and financials of the department. Organizing the functions of the hospitality department in an orderly manner. Qualifications Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation in Hotel Management. Relevant skills in the field of Culinary Arts will be preferred. Any related certifications and additional qualification in the field of Cuisine and Kitchen Operations would be preferred. CTC: Maximum 6 LPA Experience: Minimum 15 years. At least 8 years in teaching in hospitality (food & beverage production)
