Job Description
Job Responsibility - Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, and recipes and developing dishes. Preparing meat and fish. Assisting with the management of health and safety.Sonamoo is the first authentic Korean restaurant in New Town, Kolkata. The restaurant was founded by Ms. Jeongsun Noh, a trained chef of Royal Korean Cuisine from South Korea in 2021. The restaurant also offers Japanese & Chinese cuisine.Qualification - Should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in Oriental specialty cuisine along with good culinary skills.
