Job Description

Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting. Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing. Overseeing monthly closing and managing monthly reporting & analysis. Consolidation of group entities. Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements. Liaising with internal and external auditors. Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury-related activities. Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process. Analysing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year. Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance. Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision-making. Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities. Analysing valuation and returns. Oversight of transaction due diligence. Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents. Deal structuring and other transaction-related matters. Liaising with Bank to achieve transactional goals. Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements. Keeping abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth. Managing a team of 1-5 people. Ideal Profile You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. You have 3 - 5 years of experience within a Corporate Finance / Strategy, Finance Manager or Financial Planning & Analysis role, ideally within the Pharmaceutical & Biotech industry. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
