Job Description

Tax Accounting and Compliance (TAC) Team is responsible for coordinating the legal entity forecasts with the Finance counterparts and reviewing the forecasted legal entity effective tax rate (LE ETR) for the respective legal entity sub consolidation rollup point(s) assigned. In addition, they work with the same Finance teams to provide the tax information for legal entity financial reporting requirements. They are also responsible for compiling the AFIT reporting package, consolidated review of State Analytic and NUSInS. Team is involved in the preparation and review of Form 1120 Federal consolidated activities, State tax return compliance activities and their filing at various jurisdictions. US International compliance activities and filing of Form 5471, 8865, 8858 etc.

Tax Accounting and Compliance (TAC) Team is responsible for Accounting for Income Taxes (AFIT), Federal, State and US International Compliance activities. The candidate should have through E2E knowledge of in-house tax department and its functionalities. Good communication skills along with presentation. Should be able to get into preparation of critical tasks assigned on adhoc basis. Able to provide genuine feedback to preparers along with review comments.

Responsibilities*

- Keeping abreast with changes in tax laws.
- Open to involve self as per process requirement.
- Going through consolidated tracker to understand assignments and plan accordingly.
