Process Overview*
Tax Accounting and Complaince (TAC) Team is responsible for coordinating the legal entity forecasts with the Finance counterparts and reviewing the forecasted legal entity effective tax rate (LE ETR) for the respective legal entity sub consolidation rollup point(s) assigned. In addition, they work with the same Finance teams to provide the tax information for legal entity financial reporting requirements. They are also responsible for compiling the AFIT reporting package, consolidated review of State Analytic and NUSInS. Team is involved in the preparation and review of Form 1120 Federal consolidated activities, State tax return compliance activities and their filing at various jurisdictions. US International compliance activities and filing of Form 5471, 8865, 8858 etc.

Tax Accounting and Complaince (TAC) Team is responsible for Accounting for Income Taxes (AFIT), Federal, State and US International Compliance activities. The candidate is required to perform preparation and review of Book to Tax adjustments, FBAR, reconciliation of Form 1120 working on election and dsclosures. State compliance activities, custom groups, apportionment, SMODs etc.
