Lead the organization with a technology focus on scaling up the business Be a strategic partner to the leadership by leveraging technology - Drive world class technology, engineering and product cultures and contribute to the building of the super-app - Lead teams and people to growth and outcomes as per business objectives - Head technical teams, drive P&L and growth for the app and all digital platforms - Manage overall operations, lay down strategies and roadmap for products as well as direction to achieve them - Customer facing with a strong flair of working with cross functional leaders The Successful Applicant - Experienced tech leader coming from a software engineering and product development background , preferably having a tech education - Strong experience of building customer facing applications, built to scale along with building teams - Well versed with business strategies and execution, understanding of P&L and growth to drive the organisation towards success - Ability to take teams along, innovate as per the industry trends and leverage on avenues for digital growth - Good understanding on various tech stacks, digital transformation and good hold on decision making on tech & business strategies - Preferably coming from a tech/ fin tech/ customer facing digital/ super app domain What\'s on Offer - Lead the organisation with a technology focus on scaling up the business - Be a strategic partner to the leadership by leveraging technology
